PANERI LADY ALLOWS YOU TO TAKE THE DECISION OF CANCELLING AN ORDER, SHOULD YOU WISH TO DO SO.

HOWEVER, WE SINCERELY URGE AND REQUEST YOU ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION TERMS –

- You can raise a cancellation request with your order number clearly stated - by sending an email to paneri@panerikurtis.com . Mention the reason of cancellation and order number in the Subject Line of the email.

- If you wish to cancel an order, please ensure cancelling it within 24 hours of placing the order.

- In case, you have cancelled an order within 24 hours of placing it - you will be issued refund within 7 days of cancellation of order.

- Order once shipped from our warehouse CANNOT be cancelled

- If due to unavoidable circumstances, or situations beyond our control, your order is not processed,or is not shipped to you within a certain time, the order shall stand cancelled, and the entire amount will be refunded to you; no liability shall be incurred by the either side.
